Hazardous Waste Manifests

A Caltech EH&S representative trained in DOT regulations and Hazardous Waste Manifests must review and sign any Hazardous Waste Manifests prior to the removal of any hazardous waste from a job site. Manifest review is to be scheduled in advance to ensure availability of the appropriate EHS representative.
